Private Training

What I love about one-on-one personal training is that it’s completely tailored to you—your goals, your fitness level, and your schedule. Unlike group classes, these sessions give me the chance to focus entirely on you, making sure your form is correct and adjusting your plan as you progress. It’s especially helpful if you’re recovering from an injury, have specific performance goals, or just feel more comfortable in a private setting.
